Executive Bylaws
(To be read with the Auckland Ultimate Inc. Constitution)

Executive Bylaws are ordered with respect to the Constitution.
Article 4: Common Seal
a) The Society's Common Seal is to bear the Society's name, it's incorporation number and the words "Common Seal". (07/08/2003)
Article 5: Winding Up
a) Auckland Ultimate allows legally constituted non-profit organisations to become organisational members of the Society. However, once a N.P.O. becomes a member, they may not be permitted to receive assets, should the Society wind up. Therefore, care must be taken with organisational membership - non-profit school groups, for instance, could be denied property because of a membership with us. (07/08/2003)
Article 6: Control and Investment of Funds
a) The Treasurer of the Society shall be the sole nominated signatory to all cheques and withdrawal slips. (07/08/2003)
Article 8: Membership
a) The subscription period shall start on October 1 of the current year to September 30 the following year. (07/08/2003)
b) No individual or organisation may qualify to be nominated for a special membership unless they have been a member of the Society for at least THREE (3) years. The years need not be consecutive. (07/08/2003)
c) As ratified at the AU SGM October 12, 2003, the membership fee is $20 per annum. (12/10/2003)
Article 14: Executive Meetings
a) At an executive meeting, email discussions since the last previous meeting should be summarised and entered into the minutes. (07/08/2003)
